1. Definitions

  • Consultation Service: A scheduled session (video, audio, or chat) with a Healthcare Provider booked and paid for through our Website.

  • Customer/You: The person who booked the Consultation Service.

2. Eligibility for Refunds (Cancellations)

Refund eligibility depends on the notice period given for cancellation prior to the scheduled start time of the Consultation Service:

Cancellation Timing Refund Amount
24 Hours or More before the appointment 100% Refund of the service fee.
Less than 24 Hours before the appointment 50% Refund of the service fee.
After Appointment Start Time (No-Show) No Refund (0% of the service fee).

Exceptions for Full Refund:

  • Provider Cancellation: If the Healthcare Provider cancels the appointment at any time, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Technical Failure: If the consultation is fundamentally interrupted or cannot proceed due to a confirmed platform or system error on our end.

3. How to Initiate a Cancellation

To cancel or reschedule a Consultation Service, you must contact us immediately:

  2. Provide: Your booking reference number, the name of the Healthcare Provider, and the scheduled date and time.

  3. Timing Confirmation: The time and date we receive your email or phone call will be used to determine the applicable refund percentage, as per Section 2.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule a Consultation Service once, free of charge, if the request is made more than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • If you attempt to reschedule less than 4 hours before the appointment, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the refund policy in Section 2 will apply.

5. Refund Processing

  • Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for the booking.

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Please note that bank processing times vary, and it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account statement.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable:

  • The portion of the fee retained for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance (per Section 2).

  • Fees for Consultation Services missed due to a “No-Show” by the customer.

  • Any administrative or convenience fees disclosed at the time of booking.
